Representative of the student body, the MBA Association is in place to promote involvement and social interaction amongst students and foster strong relationships between students, faculty, alumni and the business community.

The mission of the University of Alberta Net Impact chapter is to inspire, educate, and equip individuals to use the power of business to create a more socially and environmentally sustainable world. To fulfill this mission, University of Alberta Net Impact chapter will remain committed to providing its members with an array of opportunities that will:
- Empower graduate students to use their skills to positively impact their surroundings
- Help them put their beliefs into action through sustainability efforts

The MBA Finance association aims to increase financial awareness in the MBA community by providing a platform to exchange ideas and to network with alumni and business leaders in Finance. In addition to industry networking events, the MBA Finance Association also organizes Bloomberg Essentials training, seminars on valuation, and runs an annual stock trading competition

Held annually, the MBA Games are a national competition that brings Canadian MBA students together to compete in a series of academic, athletic and spirit events. The A-Team, three time Queen’s Cup winners, has a strong history of success at the MBA Games, where we compete in academic, athletic and spirit events.

The purpose of the Women's Network is to provide opportunities for women to learn through engagement, to support and be supported through connection, and to advance through sharing. The intent of this group is to create continuity between female students past, present, and future.

eClub (Entrepreneurship Club)
The goal of eCLUB is to foster a sense of entrepreneurial thinking across campus by coordinating local entrepreneurship events in different faculties. At the graduate level, eClub members are primarily MBA students and promote entrepreneurship across campus by hosting graduate level talks, seminars, competitions and events.
