The People

The success of Camp fYrefly depends on a team of dedicated community leaders working together in order to meet the needs of Youth Participants. The team is guided by the Camp Directors, who are responsible for the overall Camp administration, policies, communications, finances, and fund development of the program. The Camp Coordinator reports to the Camp Directors, organizes the delivery and development of Camp fYrefly, and is responsible for coordinating community events, fundraising opportunities, and year-round youth outreach. Finally, working with the Camp fYrefly Staff, the Institute's Administrative Secretary also reports to the Camp Directors on all matters that relate to the financial operation of the Camp.
