The Wall Brawl is the University of Albert Climbing Centre`s monthly bouldering competition series. Aimed at creating a comfortable space for new and seasoned climbers to get competitive, the Wall Brawl features over 40 brand new problems, set by our talented route setting team every month. The series is for climbers of all ages and abilities - novice, intermediate and advanced - to face off in a casual and fun way, while enjoying our cutting edge bouldering lounge and competing for lots of prizes!
Registration is now open and you can sign up online (click on the 'indoor climbing' option), at the University of Alberta's Van Vliet Customer Service Centre or by calling 780-492-2231. Equipment is recommended, but not necessary. Problems are graded V0 to V10. Registration prices are $20 for a single event, or $50 for all three (January 29, February 26 and April 1, from 6:30-9:30 pm). Participants that register for all 3 events will receive a free t-shirt.
