Group Fitness
Strength & Conditioning
Cardio Kickbox

This electric class combines kicking and punching movements with boot camp essentials to define and shape your body and self-confidence! Great music and a group environment that will keep you sweating and smiling.

12313: No Class on May 24. The May 31 class will be outdoors (Varsity Field). Meet at VVC 2-675.

HIIT

In the spirit of Olympians, take your training up a notch or two. Intense work intervals with limited rest create a super-efficient and empowering workout. All-out effort is all relative, making this class accessible to most exercisers. Be prepared to be somewhat uncomfortable.

Outdoor Bootcamp

It's Spring! Let's get outdoors to MOVE! This is an athletic class that targets all major muscle groups in each class to maximize your time. Many different class plans will have you moving and excited to be there while you train intervals, pyramid training, and more! Ideal for those who enjoy a
less-choreographed fitness class.

12315: May 25 & June 1 classes: Meet at VVC 2-675.

Sculpt

This total body workout will strengthen and re-shape your legs and abdominals while boosting metabolism for optimum fat-torching! Transform the way your body feels, bring beach confidence to everything you do. This class may include a cardiovascular component and is safe for all fitness levels.

Mind/Body Fitness
United Yoga-Pilates

Experience the best of Vinyasa-inspired yoga and mat Pilates in one fluid class. Develop strength, flexibility, proper range of motion, and core stability by linking poses together to the gentle rhythm of your breath.

Yoga For The Inflexible

Improve your athletic performance by pinpointing the common limitations of joint range of motion, as well as targeting stabilizing muscles. While the practice is vigorous, it is completely accessible to all levels of fitness. Enjoy the freedom of not competing with the bendy, stretchy seasoned yogis.

Spin
Spin

Ride our Spinner NXT (SCSC) or Real Ryder's (North Campus) in the energetic and motivating environment created by your instructor! Intensity is self-monitored and no inherent coordination is required making cycling classes ideal for "Newbies" and Tri-athletes. Find a leader that can bring you through the sweat to the results.

Zumba
Zumba

Interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

Small-Group Fitness Training

Small group fitness training is the sweet spot of keeping the fitness experience large enough to be fun and interactive while small enough to maintain the quality of modifications and progressions specific to the individuals. Participants will be guided by a certified personal trainer. Assessment and programming created to ensure measurable results achieved.

Not ready to register for a full group fitness program? You can reserve a spot in a single class to try it out. Purchase a drop-in pass and reserve your spot online. Already have a drop-in term pass or 10-class pass? Reserve your spot in a class online and bring your physical drop-in pass and proof of registration to the class.
