Wellness 101
Campus & Community Recreation will be offering a free online non-credit course for U of A Students called Wellness 101. In this course, you will have the opportunity to examine aspects of healthy living such as nutrition, physical activity, and stress management and will learn about the health and wellness resources available to you on the U of A campus.
Virtual Training Services
Some of our training and nutrition services are also available in a virtual format. Virtual offerings are discounted 15% from the printed costs. Please contact devon.kippen@ualberta.ca for any virtual service requests.
