Aquatics Programs & Camps
Parent and Tot Swim Lessons

The Parent and Tot Program structures in-water interaction between parent and child to stress the importance of play in developing water-positive attitudes and skills. Designed for ages 4 months to 3 years.

Preschool Program

The Lifesaving Society Preschool program gives children a head start on learning to swim. In our five basic aquatic progressions, we work to ensure 3 to 5-year-olds become comfortable in the water and have fun developing a foundation of water skills.

Children's Swimmer Program

The Swimmer program ensures children learn how to swim before they get in too deep. Progressions accommodate 6 to 12-year-olds including beginners and swimmers who want to build on the basics.

Climbing
Youth Club: FUNdamentals and Learn 2 Climb

Youth aged 6-12 years will gain technical climbing knowledge and build sport-specific skills in a fun, supervised environment.

Youth Development Teams (A-D)

Youth climbers aged 8-16 years will practice and improve their climbing skills in this structured program. Prerequisite: FUNdamentals, Learn to Climb, or Green and Gold Climbing Camp.

Youth Competitive Team

This program is for motivated youth climbers training for regional and national level competition climbing. For ages 11-18 years.

Sportball
Sportball

Multi-Sport classes keep children moving and engaged and send them home with new skills from a different sport in each class. These well-rounded classes provide an amazing foundation for a lifetime of active living bundling soccer, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, volleyball, golf, and tennis into one comprehensive package.
