To help everyone stay active, we now offer Virtual Services along with our in-person programs.

Wellness 101
Campus & Community Recreation will be offering a free online non-credit course for U of A Students called Wellness 101. In this course, you will have the opportunity to examine aspects of healthy living such as nutrition, physical activity, and stress management and will learn about the health and wellness resources available to you on the U of A campus.

Virtual Happy Hour Fitness
Join us each Friday for this healthy alternative to the traditional "Happy Hour." Each week you get a different format with a different instructor, satisfying your fitness needs while getting to know some of the personalities that deliver CCR Fitness! Home Workout Kit - Free for U of A Students!
Join one of our fabulous group fitness instructors as they lead you through a virtual 10-week session with our Physical Activity Lending Kit (PALK). You will borrow a kit containing resistance bands, a skipping rope, and gliders. Follow along and learn how to incorporate at-home workouts with basic equipment.
