In the spirit of Olympians, take your training up a notch or two. Intense work intervals with limited rest creates a super-efficient and empowering workout. All-out effort is all relative, making this class accessible to most exercisers. Be prepared to be somewhat uncomfortable. This class will be held OUTDOORS, so come prepared with outdoor gear. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held indoors. Meet at the studio.

Olympic Lifting for Beginners

Join our Performance Coach, Ryan (with advanced training in heavy lifting) for this 6 week introduction to the more complex movements of "clean", "jerk", and "snatch". Safe lifting mechanics, cross-training and mobility will be practiced each session with the goal of progression. Participants are encouraged to attend Powerlifting for Beginners or have some experience with basic resistance training.
