Gala Saint-Jean

The Gala Saint-Jean is a unique event during which Campus Saint-Jean presents its Saint Jean recognition awards. The purpose of these awards is to highlight the successes and promising career paths of graduates, alumni and friends of Saint- Jean. The campus also takes this opportunity to honour those who have distinguished themselves within the western francophone community through their exceptional social contribution to this community or by making a remarkable gesture.
The following three awards are presented during the gala evening:

Saint-Jean Promising future AWARD

This award highlights the successes of the most recent graduates with budding careers in all domains and sectors. Eligible graduates must have completed their undergraduate studies (Bachelor's degree) within the last twelve years or graduate studies within the last ten years.

Saint-Jean Honour AWARD

This is the highest level of honour bestowed by the Campus to an alumnus. It recognizes people who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in their domains of expertise. The award can be presented to either a graduate or non-graduate provided that the individual had been a full time student at a given moment at Campus Saint-Jean. The candidate's contribution in arts, sciences, world affairs, education, political sciences, volunteering as well as community involvement, will be considered.

Exceptional Contribution AWARD

This award acknowledges individuals who are leaders in their domain. It is presented to a friend of Campus Saint- Jean. The candidate's contribution in arts, sciences, world affairs, education, political sciences, volunteering as well as involvement within the community and within Campus Saint- Jean, will be considered.

Every year, a maximum of five recipients will be chosen within these three categories.
