October 25-29: Sustainability Awareness Week 2021

Two events are organized by Campus Saint-Jean - this year's theme is "Resilience, Intentionality, and Uplifting Our World"

22 October 2021

Awareness Week has become one of the University of Alberta's largest annual events since its launch in 2008.

The entire university community comes together to highlight the various sustainable development initiatives across the various UofA campuses, the major social and environmental issues linked to sustainability and to forge links of collaboration and partnerships across the board. beyond campus. Traditionally, events have included guided walking tours, hands-on workshops, lecture panels, film screenings, and local cooking workshops.

The 2021 edition of the Sustainable Development Awareness Week will take a slightly different format without sacrificing the essence of what makes it a great success. Each day, a presenter / speaker will make a presentation on a topic of interest. The theme of this year's Week is: Resilience, Intentionality, and Uplifting Our World.

All of these events will be organized online. You are invited to consult the calendar of events. Some events require free registration to receive access links.

Campus Saint Jean events will take place online in collaboration with La Centrale.
