Book your information session
Employer Information Sessions
Hosting an information session helps you build awareness of your organization on campus. It is your opportunity to meet the undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and/or alumni you want to target. Information sessions can enhance your recruitment success when paired with your attendance at one of our career fairs.
We will market your information session to your target audience, arrange catering, and provide technical assistance for audiovisual equipment. Students and alumni will be encouraged to register and provide their faculty, department, and year of study.

To book an information session
- Click on “Book your information session” to open our online portal campusBRIDGE.
- Go to “Employers & Partners” along the menu bar and select the "register for an account" option.
- Once your account is approved, you can login and “submit a form” to book an information session.
Book your interview room
Interview On Campus
Make it easier for students to meet with you. We offer several private interview rooms so you can conduct multiple interviews.
- $35/room/day for not-for-profit organizations
If you are interviewing a large number of candidates, consider hosting a briefing session for $250/session; includes one complimentary interview room.

If you are already registered, login to campusBRIDGE using your Employers & Partners account and “Submit a form” to book an interview room.
To create an account, follow the steps below:
- Click on “Book your interview room” to open our online portal campusBridge.
- Go to “Employers & Partners” along the menu bar and select the “register for an account” option.
- Once your account is approved, you can login and “submit a form” to book an interview room.
Post your jobs
Post a Job
campusBRIDGE provides a single location for employers to post jobs and for students and alumni from all faculties to seek jobs. You can post permanent, temporary, and summer jobs in the Student & Alumni Job Posting Board.
You can also post co-op and internship positions to the specific job boards for the Arts Work Experience (AWE), Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences Internship (ALES), the International Student Work Experience Program (ISWEP), and the Graduate Student Internship Program (GSIP).
U of A students and alumni will be able to view, share, favourite, and apply on your job posting. They are also able to set up search criteria, so if your jobs fit into a student’s saved search criteria, the student will be notified every time you post a job.
On average, 1,200 job seekers access the online job postings daily and employers are able to share information that U of A students want to know. As well, we will continue to promote your job opportunities through our social media channels.

Career fairs are one of the best ways to have a presence on campus, meet with a large number of potential candidates, and put a face to your organization. Our career fairs draw over 12,000 eager students and alumni per year.

Internship and Work Experience Programs
We offer assistance to employers interested in work experience opportunities with U of A students and alumni. We work in partnership with a variety of faculties and departments that connect your organization with well-suited candidates.
Introduce students and alumni to the variety of career options within your organization by bringing representatives from several or all of your departments to an Employer-Specific Mixer. Mixers are a great option for large, diverse organizations as well as governments, health authorities, and cities.
