In this CTL Lunch and Learn, Associate Director, Neil Haave and Senior Educational Developer, Cosette Lemelin will provide opportunities for discussion on instructors' experiences of resistance and on concrete suggestions for teaching practices, policies, and conversations to build students' resilience in the face of mistakes, imperfect test scores, poor grades, or shy academic discussions.
