Chinese investment in Canada gaining momentum as Chinese corporate and state institutions expanded their presence in Canada. We can envisage a Canadian economy in this century that will include a far higher Chinese investment profile, especially in the resource sector.

The forum hosted by the China Institute of the University of Alberta will bring together industry, government and academic experts to focus on the investment trends, as well as the public policy dimensions of Chinese investment.
