A project that investigates the determining factors of foreign direct investment (FDI) inflow in both China and India from 1980 to 2013 using econometric modelling.The study is based on a linear regression analysis of time series data of major macroeconomic variables.

Sumit Parashar is in his 5th year of Integrated M.Sc. in Economics in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur. He interned from May - July 2015.
