Every year, CASMI [Critical Assessment of Small Molecule Identification] runs an open competition: to identify the structure (resp., the molecular formula) of small molecules from mass spectrometry data. We are delighted to announce that one of our students, Felicity Allen won one of these competition (finding molecular formulae), and tied for second in the other (finding the structure)
