The Find What Moves You! Sessions

The Find What Moves You! sessions on the second day of Bridges are a fun and accessible introduction to Campus and Community Recreation and the programs, services, and recreation facilities available to students.

Students attending Bridges Orientation will receive an email in early August that allows the choice of 2 sessions to attend from a list of many. Sessions are suitable for all fitness and comfort levels. Each session has a maximum capacity and is first come first serve.

Students are encouraged wear or bring comfortable workout clothes and shoes on this second day, with gym bags being provided on the first day. Time and access to change room facilities will be provided. Students may wish to observe rather than participate, but must still register for a session.
