Unwind Your Mind will be in U of A Libraries from December 4 - 14, 2017 with activities to help you take a break and de-stress, including:
- free fitness classes
- build your own de-stress kit
- collective vision boarding
- create your own gratitude jar
- free healthy snacks, and more.
