Workshop Description:  Academic work is the most challenging type of knowledge work. Difficult enough during calm seas, the current intense challenges compound this difficulty—leading to many feeling ever-stretched, struggling, and adrift.

In this interactive online session, take time out to reflect—and learn how personalized values-based strategies can foster focus, success, and wellness across your work and life. Providing key tools and career resources using cutting-edge research, theory, and the facilitator’s internationally critically-acclaimed book "How to be a Happy Academic", this participatory session offers practical strategies and insights everyone can use in this most difficult period of disruption and change. Using a unique integrated system for work—no matter your career stage, role, or discipline— you will never see and do academic work the same way again.
