The Human Resources office partners with academic faculty, support staff and administrators to foster excellence, efficiency, productivity, fairness and personal safety as we work to strengthen our ability to attract, develop and retain a high-quality workforce.
In collaboration with the University of Alberta’s central Human Resource Services, Department of Medicine Human Resources will:
- Ensure effective, efficient and integrated processes
- Clarify roles and responsibilities relating to human resource functions for staff and clients
- Strive to be proactive and strategic in service delivery
- Utilize emerging technology to enhance processes and information sharing
