Database available for graduate student positions in the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry. To post your position go to their website and click on the faculty member login located at the top right-hand screen and complete the form with the information to be posted and prospective graduate students will contact you.

Postdoctoral Fellows Opportunities

To advertise for a postdoctoral fellowship in your lab, please contact the DoM Graduate Advisor for your respective division with a Postdoc ad template:

  • Describe what the available postdoctoral position is for.
  • Describe the type of project the postdoc fellow would be working on
  • Outline the duration of the appointment
  • Outline the annual salary and benefits amounts
  • Describe in point-form the qualifications
  • Describe in point-form the duties and responsibilities
  • Contact information of where to send cover letter and most up-to-date CV

Faculty and Medicine & Dentistry Summer Student Job Database

The FoMD Summer Students' job database is to post your summer research positions for two, three or four months between May and August.

Please ensure the following required information is entered into the database.

  • Supervisor's Name
  • Department/Division/Institute
  • Address
  • Telephone Number
  • E-mail
  • Project Title
  • Brief Project Description (no more than 200 words)
  • Length of project: 2, 3 or 4 months

NOTE TO SUPERVISORS: Appropriate ethics approvals must be in place prior to the commencement of the project.
