The Department of Drama's skilled administrative staff provides overall academic and communications support at both the undergraduate and graduate level, facilitate theatre promotion and management, assist in the promotion of student productions and events, and coordinate rehearsal space bookings.

Julie is responsible for managing the Department of Drama’s operating budget, endowments, research and other funds; supervising the administrative staff; overseeing all administrative functions such as theatre management and rentals, communications, fund development, and student recruitment, as well as policy development and long-term planning.

Liz provides advice and assistance to prospective and current graduate students, faculty, and staff on all aspects of the six graduate programs. She serves as a resource in the Department’s research areas. She also provides administrative support to the Chair. 
Undergraduate Advisor

Connie’s primary role is to assist and advise undergraduate students from application process through all program-related issues such as program choices, course requirements, and class registrations.  She works closely with the BFA Program Coordinators including arranging the BFA Acting audition tour, and acting as Advisor to the Scholarship Awards Committee. Additional duties include managing the department timetable, administrating e-grades and coordinating the instructor evaluation process.

Helen is the first point of contact in the general office and can often be found juggling several tasks and conversations simultaneously. She is responsible for activities related to the coordination of room bookings for student project rehearsals during term, locker assignments, the rental of Fine Arts Building spaces to community members in spring and summer, web site administration, financial/payroll activities related to the Department of Drama, Studio Theatre, and the Timms Centre for the Arts, and administrative office management.

As the Timms Events Coordinator, David contracts and organizes all campus, community and corporate facility functions and theatre rentals in the Timms Centre for the Arts. In his role as Studio Theatre Administrator, he contracts and organizes travel and accommodation for visiting guest artists, and coordinates and secures rights and royalties on the Department and Studio Theatre Productions.

Danielle oversees the Studio Theatre Box Office and its staff and volunteers, assists with event planning and execution in the Timms Centre for the Arts. Danielle assists in a variety of other capacities for both the Drama office and Studio Theatre.
