An enduring career as a leading actress in Canadian regional and independent theatre and as a director and dramaturge: instrumental in bringing many new works to the Canadian stage. One work in particular, Ecstasy—adapted by BFA graduate, Keith Wyatt—went to the Edinburgh Fringe. Irvine Welsh was quoted as saying, “It was about the best adaptation/interpretation of my stuff for the stage I’ve seen, and I have seen productions all over the world.”  2003
