First and foremost, Planning program is now the newly minted "School of Urban and Regional Planning"! The University of Alberta’s governance body approved our request to change the name of our Program to the School of Urban and Regional Planning, effective as of October 2018. The creation of the School is a natural next step in our maturity and an important milestone.
