The University of Alberta Alumni Association began in 1915. It was organized by a small group of graduates and now includes more than 250,000 graduates and more than 50 active branches around the world. The Alumni Association's mission today is much the same as it was then: to create a lifetime connection between alumni and the University.

Library and Information Studies Alumni Association (LISAA)
LISAA is the alumni association for The School of Library and Information Studies.
LISAA facilitates social and professional networking among the graduates of the University of Alberta's Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) program, and encourages these alumni to continue in their support of the School of Library and Information Studies.
