Planning Your Next Steps

1) Apply Early!

Applications will open for all direct-entry, transfer, and After Degree students on October 1, 2019.

2) Review Your Checklist Items

Ensure documents are sent in as soon as possible so that your application is complete. The document deadline is June 15, 2020, but your application cannot be evaluated until we receive all of your required documents and grades to date.

3) Plan Courses for the Upcoming Academic Year

If you are already done high school, you can take transferable courses towards Education degree requirements in the upcoming academic year. Use the 2019/2020 University Calendar as a guide when selecting courses.

4) Use the Transfer Alberta Guide for External Institutions

If you are taking courses at an external institution in Alberta, be sure to use the Transfer Alberta Guide to see if there is a transfer agreement between institutions for the course you are planning on taking.


Please note that individual Prospective Student Advising appointments will not be offered in September and October as our advisors are often out of the office recruiting at this time. Group Advising sessions will be offered throughout the fall for our prospective students and you may register for those using the button below.
