Engineering physics is the application of the laws of physics to engineering problems. While this may seem abstract, consider the issues that may arise when trying to build complex nanoscale devices or develop more efficient ways to distribute electricity. With strong backgrounds in the fundamentals of math and science, engineering physicists are often the ones who provide the solutions to engineering problems.
