Elementary Education Graduate Student Association (EEGSA)

The EEGSA is the official representation for graduate students in Elementary Education programs. This association supports the needs of Elementary Education graduate students, through fostering a sense of community, providing professional development sessions and establishing opportunities for graduate scholarship.

The EEGSA meets monthly to discuss matters surrounding graduate students. All elementary education graduate students are welcome to attend these meetings.

The Graduate Students' Association (GSA)

The Graduate Students' Association (GSA) is a student-run, not-for-profit organization, and the official representative body for all Masters and PhD students at the University of Alberta. The GSA represents over 7,000 graduate students for the University of Alberta's Board of Governors and other decision-making bodies. The equivalent organization for undergraduate students is the Students' Union.
