Nutrition Consultations at the University Health Centre

Nutrition consultations at the University Health Centre are designed to help you live a healthy lifestyle. Provided by a registered dietitian, consultations are tailored to fit your unique nutrition needs. Some common topics of a nutrition consultation are:

  • Eating on a budget
  • Healthy eating
  • Meal planning
  • Nutrition in the prevention and management of specific health concerns/conditions
  • Prenatal nutrition
  • Weight management
  • Eating disorders

Consultations are free for students.

Consultations are available by appointment only and can be made in person or by phone. Appointments are available between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM on Fridays. Appointments take approximately one hour. Call the University Health Centre at 780-492-2612 to book an appointment.
