On Sept. 10, 2026, the Faculty of Arts came together for the annual Celebration of Excellence, where staff, faculty members and students connect and honour the work being done over the past year.

This year’s function was held at the Timms Centre for the Arts, and was hosted by Carmen Leibel. Dr. Robert Wood, dean; Dr. Marie Carrière, vice-dean (Research); Dr. Marie-Eve Morin, vice-dean (Academic); and faculty general manager Eva Glancy were on hand to give out awards and celebrate those present for their tireless efforts.
