Reza Enaloui

Background

Reza has extensive experience in industrial automation, oil and gas, and electronics R&D. and is an expert in microcontroller-/microprocessor-based design (AVR, PIC, ARM, and FPGA), embedded firmware development (C and C++ programming), power systems (HVAC, HVDC), switchgear, batteries, UPS, electrical motors and pumps, control engineering and components (PLC, Sensors, relays, transducers, etc.), and is a Certified Product Manager familiar with Design for Test (DFT), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Product Certification (CSA, UL, CE), EMI/EMC, and regulatory frameworks. He is also well-versed in real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS, MQX, and Embedded Linux, is proficient in communication bus logic (SPI, I2C, UART, TCP/IP, USB, CAN) and wireless communication (ZigBee, 802.11, Bluetooth), and is an expert in full project life cycle management, client/vendor/stakeholder relationship management, and financial/operational management, with a proven track record of developing strategic plans, evaluation, development, and deployment of several technical projects within Alberta and overseas.

Current Role

As Electrical Design Lead, Reza is responsible for coordinating design, testing, troubleshooting, procurement, installation, and documentation with respect to the electrical controls for the automated framing machine prototypes under development.
