Mohamed Karabij

Background

Mohamed has experience as a civil engineer in the field of water resources, and specifically in the modelling of surface water. He also has experience in civil engineering research and development with Afkar Company in Damascus, Syria.

Current Research

Mohamed’s research interests include the simulation and optimization of processes in the industrialization of construction with the goal of increasing productivity. As part of his Master's thesis research, Mohamed is involved in the simulation and optimization of maintenance processes for underground pipes looking at how to increase the productivity of the process through neural network-based applications.
