Morgen Wells - Career Services Advisor*

Prior to joining the Engineering Employment Centre, Morgen worked as an internal recruiter within the real estate and transportation industries. She most recently worked as a Recruiting Manager for an international recruitment firm where she developed a passion for assisting job seekers with their employment search as well as assisting employers find qualified and committed employees. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with engineering students and graduates and help them navigate their career journey.

In her spare time, Morgen enjoys travelling, reading, cooking, baking, running, and watching movies.

Stacey Sayler - Coordinator, Employment Services

Stacey is dedicated to helping engineering students plan and launch their careers, and to making it easy for companies to hire University of Alberta engineering talent.

Prior to joining the Engineering Employment Centre in 2009, Stacey spent 15 years in management and human resources consulting with several local firms and one of the largest advisory service firms in Canada. During this time she worked on a variety of projects including strategic plans, operational reviews, economic development initiatives, site selections, board performance and salary reviews, and executive search engagements. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta, and leverages her diverse experience to develop and deliver customized services geared towards preparing students to conduct effective job searches and have impactful careers.

Some of her favourite things include November Project Canada, the Oilers, golfing, and chilling in a hammock with a great book. If a stranger says "Hi" to you in the engineering hallways, there's a very good chance that it's her.
