All official transcripts and other required admission documents must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by:
June 15 for Post-Secondary Transfer Applicants: This is the last day for any student who has previously been enrolled in post-secondary level courses to submit all of their official documents and transcripts to the U of A.
August 1 for High School Applicants: This is the last day for any student who is applying directly out of high school or has never taken any post-secondary level courses to submit all of their official documents and transcripts to the U of A.
Official transcripts may include high school transcripts, post-secondary transcripts, and English language proficiency test result transcripts.
Applicants are advised to check their "To Do List" in Bear Tracks to view the status of required transcripts and documents to ensure all necessary information is provided before the document deadlines.
For students from Alberta high schools or other Alberta post-secondary institutions, the U of A can make the transcript requests on behalf of the students (completed through the application process). The transcripts are sent directly to the U of A.
Students applying from outside of Alberta must still request that their institutions send the transcripts to the University of Alberta.
