Monday, November 25

Campus Kitchen Cooking Class (Campus Food Bank); 5:00 to 7:00 pm, ETLC Solarium

It's time for tacos! You'll find these recipes to be simple, tasty, and easy to replicate at home!  This event is a chance to socialize, improve your cooking skills and learn some new recipes! At the end, we will all sit down together to eat! Volunteers and CFB staff will be there to help, so all skill levels are welcome. Halal and vegetarian options will be available. Furry Friends—Relax with Support Animals (CAAWLS); 12:00 to 3:00 pm, Donadeo 8th floor

Join the Faculty Wellness team and Chimo Animal Assisted Wellness and Learning Society to relax with pets.Therapy animals will brighten your day and help you chill. These furry friends are trained animals, certified in pet-assisted therapy through CAAWLS.

Build Your Own Terrarium—Free Workshop (Campus & Community Recreation); 5:00 to 7:00 pm, ETLC Solarium

Free terrarium workshop, please register here (https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/80074070701). Create a mini-world full of lush and beautiful plants by making your own terrarium. These easy-to-make, low-maintenance gardens can brighten up any space. All supplies will be provided and each participant will take their terrarium home at the end of the event. Two Rooms and a Boom—Social/Hidden Role Party Game (Engineering Wellness); 5:00 to 6:00 pm, Donadeo 8-207

In this social game of hidden roles and deduction, players are divided into 2 different rooms. Find your teammates, establish trust, and exchange hostages before time runs out and the bomb explodes! It's the party game that's always a blast. Space limited: register here

Paint Night—Free Paint Workshop (Campus & Community Recreation); 5:30 to 7:00 pm, ETLC Solarium

Unleash your creativity with fellow engineers as you are guided through a painting so that you come up with your own unique masterpiece at the end of the night. We provide everything you need. No experience required! Space limited: register here

Healthy Snack Handout—Feed Your Body and Your Mind! (Engineering Wellness); 2:00 pm, Engineering study spaces

Keep an eye out for members of  the Faculty of Engineering Wellness Team as they visit Engineering study spaces to hand out healthy snacks to fuel your brain for exams at Donadeo, ECERF, ETLC, NREF, and more.

K-Pop Dance Class—Free Dance Class (Campus & Community Recreation); 5:00 to 6:00 pm, ECERF W2-010

K-POP is a modern form of South Korean pop music covering mostly dance-pop, pop-ballad, electronic, rock, hip-hop, R&B, etc. Suitable for beginners for dancers with limited experience. Space limited: register here

Information and Activity Tables (Campus & Community Recreation, Peer Support Centre, ACCESS Outreach); 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, ETLC atrium

Stop by the ETLC Atrium to participate in activities and learn about the incredible programs that Campus & Community Recreation have to offer. Peer Support Centre and Access Outreach Team will be on hand to promote mental health resources available on campus.
