It is with great pleasure that the department of English and Film Studies announces the tenure of Richard Van Camp as the University of Alberta's 2011-12 Writer-in-Residence (WiR). A Dogrib (Tlicho) Dene from Fort Smith, NWT, Richard is an internationally acclaimed story teller and best selling author of The Lesser Blessed, Angel Wing Splash Splash pattern, and The Moon of Letting Go, in addition to several childrens' books and comic books. Richard will be available for consultation to u of A students, faculty, staff and the public at large during office hours.
