Tuesday May 9 Person using fire extinguisher simulator

CAB 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Lots more online courses coming this year -- come chat with an eLearning developer and learn what's new for 2017. Plus: ever wanted to try out a fire extinguisher? Now you can without all that scary "flame" stuff -- come try your hand at our laser driven extinguisher.


Wednesday May 10 

ECHA L1-490: 11:30 a.m to 1:30 p.m. 

Safety, Schmafety:  

Enjoy a screening of Chaplin's Modern Times and hear from a panel of health & safety experts. Are we getting smarter about safety?

Lunch will be provided free of charge for registered attendees.

 


Thursday May 11

Katz Atrium: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

What's the latest in safety gear? We'll feature some of the old and new in monitoring devices and field and first aid equipment. Bring your questions!


Friday May 12 

AgFor Atrium: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

We'll be in the AgFor Atrium showing off the latest in personal protective equipment (PPE). Try some on and grab a selfie!


Saturday May 13

William Hawrelak Park: 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Bring the whole family down to Get Ready in the Park, a showcase of Edmonton area emergency responders. Lots of hands on activities to occupy the kids!
