With exams and deadlines looming it's more important than ever to take a break and de-stress! From December 5-15, U of A Libraries and Wellness Supports are teaming up to provide mood-boosting activities to help relieve some end of term pressures and care for your wellbeing. 

Cameron library, 10-3 p.m.:

December 5th: Build your own de-stress kit

December 6th: Yogurt parfaits

December 7th: Fill up your cup

December 8th: DIY stress balls, friendship bracelets, and more! 

Rutherford, John A. Weir Law, J.W. Scott Health Sciences, Bibliotheque St. Jean, and Augustana libraries will also have cozy wisdom corners where you can take a break with colouring, activity sheets, puzzles and encouraging notes.
