Accountability in Action: Performance Measurement & Results Management

Program Overview

This course examines how results management is linked to: strategic and business planning; budgeting; personal performance appraisal; program advocacy; and both internal and external reporting. You will develop an understanding of the need to identify and measure outcomes, not just outputs; how to use measurement as a program management tool and use it both internally and externally for accountability and reporting purposes. You will learn a step-by-step logical process for building a performance measurement system that strengthens accountability and helps your organization to achieve results.

Margot Ross-Graham  //  CHRP, CPCC

Margot is an experienced senior executive with extensive background in human resources, leadership, change management, and organizational development.  She provides consulting and facilitation services in areas such as strategic planning, leadership development, succession planning, and change and transition. Margot is a Certified Executive Coach and throughout her career has worked with leaders from private, public, and non-profit organizations across Canada. She is regularly invited to speak at conferences on topics ranging from leadership credibility to workplace culture and is currently featured every Tuesday as the Workplace Columnist for CBC Radio’s Edmonton morning show.
