Through this program you will work to human-centre your work and leadership. This means reaching higher levels of performance by putting people first, not for the sake of numbers, but because at the deepest level it's why we work: to improve our lives and the lives of others.
This program will have you explore and integrate leading research and practices that allow leaders, teams and organizations to inspire productive, flourishing, happy workplaces. You will learn in partnership with fellow participants to ensure the program is to not only about learning new things, but also about positively impacting people. Coaching calls with the program instructor capstone the program, allowing direct follow up to your application of learning.
During the program, expect an orientation towards action. Upon completion, leave equipped with the confidence, practical tools, and support needed to lead performance and people with greater purpose.

Tyler Waye is an author and leadership strategist who has spent the last decade investigating the emerging patterns of success that shape our careers and organizations. He is President of IN.FORM, where he works to drive leadership inspired change across numerous platforms, and is co-founder of YoungLeaders.World, a multi-national youth leadership organization that work directly with thousands of emerging leaders.
Tyler is currently researching work around the world, seeking to better understand the founding principles of meaningful work. He is a regular contributor in media, speaks globally, and consults on numerous private, not-for-profit and public sector projects. He has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership, was named Top 40 Under 40 by Avenue magazine, and is host of the docu-series: Working Around the World.
