Do you seek a leadership edge? Is it time to re-examine your leadership skills and approach?
The world of leading others, including diverse teams and clients, has become increasingly complex. Clearly understanding your leadership contribution and style is essential.
This experiential session will involve a deep level of leadership self-analysis, and will provide you with conceptual knowledge and practical leadership skills through self-discovery. As a result, you will be able to confidently articulate the leadership strengths you bring to your role. You will leave with the tools to develop a customized leadership plan.
