The PMP Certification is one of the most recognized project management certifications in North America. A recent study found that PMPs earn between 8% and 15% more than project managers without their designation. For many industries and organizations, certification is becoming a requirement.

Our PMP Exam Preparation Workshop provides you with the tools, tips and tricks to enhance your chances of success in challenging this examination. The workshop is also suitable for preparation for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), a certification that has been more recently launched by PMI. This workshop will introduce you to the foundations of the PMBoK necessary for you to successfully challenge the PMP exam, while also helping you to better understand the PMBoK in a context of how you really do projects.
