Peter Lougheed Hall construction begins

01 May 2015

Construction work on Peter Lougheed Hall has begun. Over the coming weeks, area residents can expect to see an increase in the amount of large equipment in the area and construction traffic.

The Peter Lougheed Hall project will introduce a new residence with an occupancy of 143 students to the University of Alberta's on-campus housing inventory. It will also be the site of the Peter Lougheed Leadership College. More information about the project will be available soon on the project website (www.facilities.ualberta.ca/lougheed).

In accordance with the City of Edmonton's bylaws, construction activity will take place between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sundays and statutory holidays. On rare occasions that construction goes later than the stated times, we will do our best to inform residents ahead of time.
