Registration & Scheduling
Registration in courses is offered on a first come, first served basis. Students may be assigned a class time based on availability.
Transferring between levels is only possible for academic reasons and must be recommended by your instructor. You may be able to transfer your registration in a course to a later term, but only at the same level. All transfers must be done before classes begin, and you will be charged a $75 transfer fee.
If you want to withdraw from a course, you need to let us know in writing. This must be done one day before classes start. We will withhold an administration fee of $500 for any full time course withdrawals and $75 for any part time course withdrawals. Upon withdrawal, you are required to return your tuition fee receipt. Students who wish to withdraw after classes begin do not receive any refund.
Students who miss 20 or more course hours (with or without excuses) will be withdrawn from their current course.
