The word “healthy” means different things to different people. It could mean one thing to a busy mom and something completely different to a tired student. Having a healthy body doesn’t mean following a strict diet or exercise regimen, it means finding out what works best for you. Recognizing that our behaviours have a significant impact on our wellbeing and making choices that keep you active as well as fueling yourself with the right nutrients, and getting the right amount of sleep. This ensures we are able to maintain a good quality of life, and contributes to the prevention of illness.
