Human Resource Services (HRS) supports the University of Alberta's commitment to an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workforce. Since the early 1990s, the University of Alberta has administered the Employment Equity Census Questionnaire to identify the representation of the designated groups as determined by the Employment Equity Act.
