For Faculty and Staff
The Office of Advancement's Corporate and Foundation Relations team exists to build and maintain relationships between the University of Alberta and corporate and foundation partners to increase philanthropic investment. We work closely with administrators, faculty and staff, and students to seek funding.
As a primary point of contact for the university's corporate and foundation partnerships, our team welcomes the opportunity to work with our university colleagues to:
- Offer one-on-one support creating letters of interest, grant applications, sponsorship requests and funding proposals
- Assist with research of prospective funders and the development of a prospect pool for your project
- Co-ordinate campus visits from major corporations and foundations
- Provide up-to-date tools, information and resources to the university community to support funding relationships
Maintain Existing Relationships
Corporate and Foundation Relations appreciates and respects the existing relationships that many faculty and staff have developed with corporations and foundations. Our goal is to support and coordinate all of the university's relationships with external stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships to the benefit of our donors and the university.
