How long are the sessions?
The classes run two times a week for 6 weeks.
What happens after I am done a level?
The physical therapist will provide you with a work out program and game plan for the next steps in your rehabilitation on the last day of the class.
What if I register in the wrong level?
A physical therapist will do an in-take assessment on Day 1 and take you through different exercises to see if you are appropriate for the current level you are registered in. If appropriate, the physical therapist will refer you to the right level.
Note: Refer to the above section to see what level you should register for.
If I do not have a knee injury, can I register?
Yes! Some people take the classes for injury prevention or to learn proper technique for lifting or moving. Please email us if you are interested and we can direct you.
What if I miss multiple classes, will I get a refund?
If there is a legitimate reason why you had to miss classes (i.e. emergency, another injury that limits your ability to participate in the class), then we may refund you. This will be determined on a case by case scenario. We do not refund for NO-SHOWS.
