FGSR Community Volunteer Program

Social Studies Video Conferences

Video conferences are held each year to address global issues encompassing the High School Social Studies curriculum.  Video conferences are easily facilitated, are interactive and engage students.

Two common themes are Liberalism Day held in the fall and Dictator's Day held in the spring.

These events evolved from the 20th Century Dictator Conference held in February 2007, with participation from Holy Trinity High School, JP Percy Page High School and Saint Francis Xavier High School.
