Graduate Student Internship Program

The Graduate Student Internship Program (GSIP) provides funding for employers to hire a graduate student to solve a staffing or business need. Employers in all sectors can participate, including private, public, and not-for-profit.

Internship placement terms (e.g., duration, number of hours of work/week, qualifications, scope of work performed) will vary based on the needs of employers and students. Applications are ongoing. Employers may contact the GSIP Advisor to create and post a job placement opportunity.

Employers may fully fund an internship themselves or may apply for a wage-subsidy.
