Description: Whether it's a commitment to move our bodies more, spend more time with loved ones, manage our time better, or achieve better work-life balance, the new year is a time when many of us attempt reset things in our personal and work lives with resolutions around how we approach our daily lives. In this session we will explore strategies for keeping these commitments along with resources that will support you in achieving these goals!
